Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist in Kansas City so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. Because we strive to make each experience with our office unique, we still prefer to speak personally with our patients. So, if you would like to email us to request an appointment, please do so and our receptionist will call you to set up an appointment time that is mutually convenient. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
The difference between mediocre and excellent dentistry is often only a matter of scheduling enough time for excellence. Our office wants to spend all the time it requires with each of our patients. We only schedule one patient per hour to ensure we provide quality care for each patient and maintain an on-time schedule.


Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Green Hills Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Payment Options
Payments may be made with cash, check, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, or Dental insurance. American General Financial Services has no interest and low interest financing. The link accesses a secure AGFS web site with a short financing application. It is processed in minutes. A decision is emailed to the customer and faxed approval is sent to use with the approved credit amount.
